In Pulsar you have to work your way through a 2D platformer, but you can't jump. You are able to create pulses that on explosion release a pulse of energy knocking the player away from the pulse. These pulses also interact with certain objects in the level. Player can spawn 3 pulses at a time. Best played in full screen. If you can't figure out what to do next there's a playthrough of the game as the trailer

Controls

  • Left Click - Spawns a pulse
  • Right Click - explodes all pulses
  • Left/A - move left
  • Right/D - move right

Mechanics

  • Box and switch - move the box to the switch to activate something in the level
  • Receptor - active while a pulse is inside it
  • Launchpad - fires the player in a direction
  • Nullzone (blue) - no pulses can be spawned in this area
  • High energy zone (pink) - while player is in the zone the cap on pulses is removed
  • button (blue - missing asset) - active while player is on the tile
